Brandon Downs

Brandon Downs is from Georgetown, MA and is a lifelong bass player. He met Phil during their first week of music school at UMASS Lowell and became fast friends. Recognizing a kinship in their work ethic and commitment to music Brandon and Phil played in bands together for the next 10 years.

During the 2010s Brandon continued playing, touring in bands, writing and recording.

In 2022, Brandon and Phil reunited and relocated to play music together and rebuild Digital Viking Studios in East Providence, RI.

Also a graduate of the UMASS Lowell Sound Recording Technology program Brandon is the lead recording engineer at Digital Viking Studios 2.0.
